SkyGrid is an autonomous flight software company acquired by Wisk Aero in June 2025. Originally a joint venture between Boeing and SparkCognition, SkyGrid developed AI-powered airspace intelligence and flight authorisation systems. The acquisition brings SkyGrid's UTM and autonomy capabilities directly into Wisk's Gen 6 development.
