Vertus is an independent intelligence publication covering the vertical mobility sector, including eVTOL aircraft, unmanned aerial systems, air mobility infrastructure, and related capital markets. Our editorial content is produced independently for informational purposes and is not intended as advice of any kind.

All content published on vertus.aero — including but not limited to articles, analysis, data visualisations, logos, brand marks, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Vertus or its licensed contributors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The Vertus name, logo, and wordmark are proprietary marks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

4. Permitted use

You are permitted to:

• Access and read content on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Share links to articles on the Site on social media and in private communications
• Quote brief excerpts (no more than one paragraph) from articles, provided you clearly attribute Vertus and include a link to the original article

5. Prohibited conduct

We do not share or sell subscriber email addresses to third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

The content on vertus.aero is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties that:
