Manna Air Delivery has announced a $50 million Series B funding round to support the expansion of its autonomous drone delivery network across the United States and Europe. The new investment brings the company's total funding to $110 million.
The round included participation from ARK Invest, Schooner Capital, the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), Coca-Cola HBC, and Molten Ventures. According to Manna, the funding will help support its plans to launch up to 40 new operational bases across the United States.
Founded in Ireland, Manna has become one of the world's most active drone delivery operators, completing more than 250,000 regulated commercial flights across Ireland, Finland, and the United States. The company delivers everyday items such as food, medical supplies, books, and consumer products using autonomous UAV technology.
Manna recently expanded its partnership ecosystem through a new agreement with Uber, complementing existing collaborations with Deliveroo, Just Eat, and DoorDash. The company aims to integrate autonomous aerial delivery directly into widely used commerce and food delivery platforms.
According to Manna, its drone delivery operations can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 85% compared to traditional road-based delivery methods while helping reduce traffic congestion and improving delivery speed in suburban communities.
The company also holds a Light UAS Operator Certificate (LUC) under the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) framework and continues working with regulators to support the broader adoption of autonomous delivery services.
While the drone delivery sector continues to evolve from both regulatory and operational perspectives, Manna believes its combination of autonomous technology, strategic partnerships, and proven operational experience positions the company for its next phase of global growth.
