Ondas Inc. has announced the acquisition of DZYNE Technologies in a transaction valued at $875.8 million, significantly expanding its capabilities in autonomous defense and security technologies.
The acquisition combines complementary expertise across intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR), counter-UAS systems, precision strike, autonomous logistics, aerial security, and AI-enabled mission orchestration, strengthening Ondas' ability to serve U.S. and allied defense customers.
As part of the transaction, DZYNE Technologies and World View will operate under a newly established business division called Ondas Sentinel, created to enhance the company's U.S. defense portfolio.
Beyond expanding its technology offering, the acquisition is also expected to strengthen Ondas' financial position by adding substantial revenue, positive EBITDA, and increased operating leverage.
According to the company, the integration positions Ondas to accelerate the development and deployment of next-generation autonomous defense systems across multiple operational domains.
