The potential partnership aims to combine TEKEVER’s expertise in AI-powered autonomous systems and operational defense technologies with Skeleton Technologies’ capabilities in high-performance energy storage and power systems.
According to both companies, the agreement will support the evaluation of future opportunities to enhance next-generation European defense and aerospace capabilities, particularly in areas where autonomy, energy efficiency, and technological resilience are increasingly important.
The signing ceremony was attended by Estonian Minister of Defence Hanno Pevkur, highlighting the growing role of collaboration between governments, industry, and innovation ecosystems in strengthening Europe’s technological sovereignty and security.
The agreement also reinforces TEKEVER’s long-term commitment to Estonia following the opening of its Tallinn office and aims to encourage deeper cooperation between technology ecosystems in Estonia, France, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.
While the MoU does not currently include specific product development programs, both companies stated they will assess potential joint initiatives focused on innovation, autonomous systems, defense technologies, and advanced energy solutions.
