Vertical Aerospace Selects Isoclima as Key Partner for Valo eVTOL Certification

Vertical Aerospace, a company focused on the development of electric aviation, announced the selection of Isoclima S.p.A. as a strategic partner for the supply of transparency systems for the Valo program.
The agreement covers the complete design and manufacturing of the cabin and window systems (canopies and glazing), critical components for eVTOL certification. This alliance aims to ensure supply chain stability and technical continuity as the program progresses toward certification, production, and entry into commercial service.
Aircraft transparency systems are a key element for certification, as they must meet demanding standards for structural strength, bird strike resistance, environmental conditions, and visibility. In this regard, Isoclima’s expertise in advanced testing and modeling will contribute to reducing risks and ensuring the program’s timeline.
Furthermore, this collaboration strengthens Vertical Aerospace’s industrial ecosystem, adding to other strategic partners such as Honeywell, Aciturri, Evolito, and Syensqo.
With this move, Vertical Aerospace continues to solidify a robust supply chain to accelerate the certification and commercialization of its Valo aircraft, reinforcing its strategy of collaborating with top-tier industrial suppliers.
