Zipline emphasizes that, beyond increasing paperwork, the key lies in improving the supply chain. During the Devolution Conference in Homa Bay County, the creation of a National Supply Chain Framework was proposed to strengthen last-mile delivery, protect the cold chain, and optimize emergency response.
Integrating our centralized, on-demand delivery model into county health systems could ensure more timely supplies, expand access, improve outcomes, and reduce waste through fewer expirations, cold chain failures, and stockouts.
